ADROTECHS CANCELLATION POLICY

At ADROTECHS, We don’t allow cancellations after the order is shipped, but

  • Orders cancelled within the ORDER DAYS are eligible for a full refund.
  • Orders cancelled within the LEAD TIME are eligible for a partial refund consisting of shipping charges only.

Cases For Refunds

Damaged Parcel

If the customer receives a damaged parcel, they are requested to make an unboxing video of the package (images are not allowed) and check if the parts are damaged or missing.

  • If the contents inside the parcel are damaged, customers are requested to raise a support ticket using the video. We will ship a replacement order upon validating the request.
  • If any part is missing, customers are requested to raise a support ticket and mention which part is missing along with the video. We will ship the part upon validating the request.

Only the replacement requests generated within seven days from delivery with sufficient proof will be honoured.

Only one replacement will be honored per order.

If the replacement is damaged or defective, customers can return both products in their original condition for refunds. We will issue a full refund once we receive back the order.

Special Notes

  • Before generating a chargeback request for non-receipts of goods, customers are required to wait for the delivery time mentioned on the shipping policy page.
  • We do a quality inspection before shipping the products, but if there is a quality defect even after that, customers can return the product in their original condition for refunds. We will issue a full refund once we receive back the order.
